The following terms and conditions apply to all services performed by Déménagement Ready2Move under this contract. 

Welcome to InstaGo Moving. By using our website, booking our services, or hiring our company, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Company / We / Us / Our – InstaGo Moving
  • Customer / You / Your – Any person or entity requesting moving services
  • Services – All moving, packing, loading, unloading, transportation, storage, and related services provided by InstaGo Moving

2. Services Provided

InstaGo Moving provides residential and commercial moving services, including:

  • Local moving
  • Long-distance moving
  • Office & commercial moving
  • Packing & unpacking
  • Furniture disassembly and reassembly
  • Loading and unloading services

Service availability may vary based on location, time, and workload.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • Final charges are based on actual time worked, labor required, distance traveled, materials used, and any additional services requested.
  • Hourly rates start when the moving crew arrives at your location and end when services are completed.
  • Additional fees may apply for:
    • Stairs
    • Long carries
    • Heavy or oversized items
    • Packing materials
    • Shuttle services
    • Storage services

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, debit card, and approved electronic payments.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Any unpaid balance may result in service delays, additional charges, or legal action.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full estimated cost of the move.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding inventory, access, parking, stairs, elevators, and special handling needs.
  • Ensure safe and legal parking access for our moving trucks.
  • Secure all personal valuables, cash, jewelry, documents, and fragile personal items.
  • Disconnect appliances, electronics, and utilities prior to the move unless packing services are requested.

7. Prohibited Items

InstaGo Moving will not transport:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Explosives
  • Flammable items
  • Firearms or ammunition
  • Illegal substances
  • Perishable food

Customers are fully responsible for removing prohibited items prior to moving.

8. Damage & Liability

  • InstaGo Moving provides basic limited liability coverage as required by California law.
  • Additional valuation coverage may be available upon request.
  • Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Mechanical or electronic malfunctions
    • Damage to items packed by the customer
    • Minor scratches or normal wear and tear

9. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic
  • Road closures
  • Mechanical issues
  • Acts of God
  • Customer-caused delays

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

10. Storage Services (If Applicable)

  • Storage fees are billed monthly.
  • Stored items are subject to limited liability coverage unless upgraded protection is purchased.
  • Unpaid balances may result in lien enforcement in accordance with California law.

11. Website Use

  • Content on this website is owned by InstaGo Moving.
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or misuse is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to modify website content at any time.

12. Privacy Policy

Use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

InstaGo Moving reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
